It is 60 degrees one day and then snowing the next.  I love the weird weather of this state.  

I voted against Amendment One today.  I feel good about being able to have some voice in the matter of civil rights in NC.  You can still early vote for about another week until May 8th.  

I have no idea if this amendment will pass or not.  I hope it does not, but it is not like I have many rights as a gay man already.  If this amendment does pass I feel like it is taking the knife in my back and twisting it.  Only time will tell what will happen.  

If anyone is in Greenville tomorrow, the Greenville Votes Against will be happening around the downtown area from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM.  I will be participating in it.  I am going to have about five artworks hanging in the Tipsy Teapot.  Each piece was made during my struggles with the coming out process last year and in a way chronicle it for me.  It should be a lot of fun.
